Gday guys so as you can see with the title would I run 33s with my 4.3 diffs and if I couldn’t and I went to 4.6 diffs would I get away with 35s thanks

It will run 33's but will most likely be a pretty slow. You would be better going 4.6 diffs (from a GU RD28 not GQ RD28) and run 33's.
