On november I find on Ebay a downpipe,63mm at good price. But shipping from Russia was really long. It arrived only a couple of week past.
I can't use it for covid, so which will be best moment to do it?

I can't believe, downpipe is only for AT cars So I had to invent a solution for that)

sorry for long time no update, but I had no time.

I had get back my downpipe just yesterday. I hope I could find some time to install it.

However I have put on dyno my patrol after my remap. Unfortunately it was impossible have air on intercooler So I believe I could get a better result)

In Italy as I said, we spoke about engine hp & nm. I get 460nm @ 1890 rpm (320nm stock and 250.000km ago) & 165hp @ 3400rpm (158hp stock & 250.000km ago) Hp is down because there wasn't air on Intercooler.

Here you have also HP & NM at wheels. 4th gear, 35's tyres. Remap, with stock exhaust, 1,2 bar turbo. K&N Filter and custom 76 intake pipe.

Cool, if the dyno has no fan to force air over the engine then what you can do is use a spray bottle to spray water mist onto the intercooler, this gives a bit of cooling.

I had thinked to install a 8' fan on intercooler, and use it, during off road. After I think that everything you don't have, you can't broke it

Mate they work well. I've had a fan under my IC for many many years with no problems. I have it controlled by a thermo switch that turns it on when inlet air temp reaches 40c. Do not fit a fan on top, it actually restricts airflow.

Yes, takes a bit of work but much better performance.

I also checked my front bearing because I know that nobody check it. I notice the front left Hub have a leak in the rear. I see that little bearings on the hub aren't good, so I changed it with oil seal of the shaft. I bought new front pads because I hate brembo one. In the last photo you could see how dropbox "kill" front spring!

Awesome build, well done. Looks like amazing tracks to explore in Italy. I did notice however that your front springs are not sitting correctly, you made need camber adjustment. Most likely the drop boxes have pushed and rotated the diff forward.

Fitted new china intercooler. Old one started losing oil. I have also bought new dobinsons suspension (GS51-116 Front & GS45-915 Rear) I was recommended from MTM to buy GS51-116 and not the GS45-912, I hope he is right. We will see, when they arrive

i'm really slow to update my topic!!

About the downpipe,I had cutted it, fitted on the car, welded in right position and sent it to a professionist,so I could weld it.

When downpipe comes back, doesn't not fit .

So i cutted it again, and welded alone. Not beautiful to see, but it works.

Installed also the new shocks from dobinson (mtm profi always top seller )
I'm really happy, because car goes really better, on the road & off road. I only hate the yellow color
