You need to get an adjustable drag link because you've compromised the lock to lock angle of the steering box. Essentially to go straight with the lift, your pitman arm on the steering box is turning left. Putting on an adjustable link will allow the pitman arm to return to it's normal spot.

Plus it's easier to install a new drag link than frig around with the airbag, etc.

Plus you can now get a strong heavy duty replacement, less chance of bending it offroad.

 

Go the HD drag link, you can get it spot on and have a stronger drag link too. I got one for about $200 off roadrunner

 

Drag link from road runner is the only way to go! They are the cheapest yet best made for the task I shopped for ages and found there was the one to buy whether you go the solid or just hd.

What I would love to see is a company produce a hi steer mount/plate/bracket on the steepening knuckle to eliminate the angles imposed on the drag link once you lift the patrols.

Then the panhard mount would have to be changed so the draglink and panhard are parallel

 

Yeah that's a good idea. but if you put a bend in the drag link you then introduce a weakness I'd still rather see a modified drag link mount
