Haltech would be good, autronic as well. The new computer coming out now have alot of good features and capabilities to control different things you may want.

yeh this is my problem i could get an emanage but i cant change injector size and most after market ecu's wont run factory options like ac etc new haltech's can run the options but apparently a haltech wont read the triggers properly on a tb45 (means ill have to get a custom made disc for the dizzy) if i use an emanage then when i build the engine and want to run big boost then it will be a problem. i just dont know what to do lol

does anyone know if haltech have fixed the trigger problem because there support is s***house

There would have to be other options in aftermarket computers, i have seen plug and play computers for TB45's (i think) i just cant remember which one.

A comp truck up this way is running an autronic? with a turbo TB45/42 making huge power.

Old thread i know, just wanted to add some info I've found lately for others researching this as well. Wolf do a full plug and play ems, its listed on their site. Also efi hardware now do a upgraded fuel rail which also allows easy replacement of injectors.

The Wolf ECU is good, but you won't get much change from $2K for it last I asked. Hardly worth paying for a plugin kit anyway IMO, maybe if it was an ECU which had to interface with other on board systems or CANbus communication.

RB25DET side feed injectors fit the factory fuel rail, don't bother modifying the factory rail.

When I left the factory MAF on in parallel to my ECU it was maxing out the MAF voltage by about 3000 rpm at 10psi. As long as it can measure the flowrate of the air, it will retard timing proportionally; but I wouldn't be trusting stock injectors beyond 7psi as there is little leeway for fuelling errors.

On the subject of engine management, I'm convinced I can do a 'mild' turbo upgrade - 125-130 rwkw - and manage it with my current Xede module.
I got the module from US Ebay and it had been used on a Honda Civic vtec Si turbo.

If you want info on using Megasquirt for engine management, check out Scottmeister's turbo build thread..
