Regarding the hose sizes, what sort of flow rates are you requiring?
How hot is the coolant going to get?

Im thinking increased pressure, headloss through 4 hoses is significant. Single hose may not need to be as big as you expect.

does this setup come in a kit form?

if so could you pm me the price for a gu 4.2 integrated manifold kit?
Matt X2 please BUT mine is a GQ!. Also im in NZ so is it possible to ship here? I was after something exactly like pics you put up of the GU on the previous page. Would this kit come with the fans, pump, hoses and all of the rest of it??

Pump is off the shelf at your local auto store as is all the piping. The heat exchanger we can supply with fans and the intercooler. NZ no problem just a little more in shipping costs. PM sent

Air con fan?

Just mounting my radiator. What have you blokes done with the aircon fan? Mine seems to come on with the compressor. Just wondering if I should keep it and mount it in front of new radiator or get rid of it and just run the two fans I have for the new radiator?

Do you know why the fan has 3 wires to it and not two? :confused:

Not sure why the fan has 3 wires, If you have the room just use the old fan infront.

It would be interesting to know the cost of the parts on that engine... To see if it is within the realms of possibility for my new toy.
Understood if the owner wants to keep it under his hat though.

Any Internal work Matt? Or just the coolant rail into the head?

Would also be interested in what EGT temps its running when it hits the magic 200kw on the dyno? Any chance of sharing that info, or is it a secret?
