I’m buying a 1999 gu roller and I don’t know wat engine was in it prior to me buying it and I would like to know if black tops and silver tops use the same engine mounts so no matter wat engine I put in it, will it be able to use the same engine mounts, wiring loom and ecu

Engine mounts, and gearbox bellhousing is the same, so it will bolt up without issue.
However there are some small differences between the two engines that will need to be considered. Crank size on a T spec motor is larger, GU engines have a vacuum pump, GQ engine does not. If your GU was a 3litre with an ECU then the wiring loom will need work too, as far as I know.
I would do some more research on it, as there will be a few small things to work out.
