Hey guys,
I replaced my thermostat housing gasket and the o-ring. Had the upper left bolt(Facing the engine) snap off and had fun removing it. At any rate I replaced the O-ring and the housing to head, gasket(Which was a Nissan metal part) and now it leaks worse. I cleaned both surfaces, and removed the gaskets completly. The old one was made of paper the new one metal. I previously was experiencing the cold thermostat housing leak and now its all the time. My only other thought is take it apart and use RTV or Permatex the Right stuff to seal it up. Otherwise I got to tow the thing to a mechanic. Thoughts?
