ihey im a brand newie at 4x4ing ive just recently got a nissan patrol 97 gq off my pop as a birthday preaent nxt week im getting a 3'' lift but dont kno wat mickeys to get the mtz or baja radial claw these will be in the 33'' size on 15x8 rims plz wb

If its still standard height then yes you'll need a 3" lift to fit 33's.
Then you'll need radius arm spacers to push the front diff forward to centre it again or the tyres will rip the front flares and mudflaps to shreds and probably bend the guards with them.
Then you may need castor correction because of the lift etc.
