The camera for cars with Around-View Monitor (Ti-L) is different to the one fitted to cars with rear view camera only (ST-L & Ti). The AVM camera has a wider viewing angle.
The cameras are fairly common across models, but each model has a unique mounting bracket which is then listed under a different part number as an assembly.
I'd suggest you pull the camera out of the car and take it to a wreckers. Ask them for a camera from any Nissan vehicle with or without AVM, depending on what you have on your Patrol. If the camera physically looks the same as yours (excluding the bracket) and the connector is the same, there is a very good chance it'll work.
Y61's never came with factory camera in Aus. It was a locally developed accessory from Fujitsu-Ten (Eclipse). I wouldn't bother trying to replace the lens only. I think you'll destroy the camera trying to remove it.
