I did not connect anything else. so the setup is so simple. just plug in the power supply, then setup with your phone , everything works smoothly ( my phone is a google pixel 6 pro). it has built in speaker, but if you want louder sound, you can turn on the FM transmission function to let your car radio to play loud sound.

installation: 4 small screws to mount the bracket, then two more screws to secure the factory flap door. the power cable feed in via a small hole at the the back ( lose and remove the car radio cover, then feed the power from inside . so from the front, no wire or cable.

Now, that is very interesting!
I like the slim form factor.
Can it also run apps? That is, I'm wondering if it could also be used to display engine information eg boost, egt etc with a suitable interface and the proper software...

update, the Android Auto / Apple Car play unit do not show/ run all the phone apps. I have just tried. It only run major apps: map, messengers, weather, music, radio , news, podcast etc. things like our off road map ' Explorer' etc, will not run on the display. the major function is assisting while driving, for the safety, those apps which need lots of attention do not allowed to run.
