Don't bypass, it serves a purpose. Instead look for loose hose clamps, cracked hoses, etc between fuel tank and fuel pump. Yes the primers do fail but not that often, had my DI 21 years and still original primer.

 

Iv check all hoses and hose clamps and they are all fine. But it’s still not working.

 

Have you recently changed the fuel filter? There is an '0' ring on the thread that holds the filter and it is easily lost and cause air ingestion.
Do a quick test, fill a bottle with diesel, take the inlet hose off the fuel filter inlet, connect a short section of hose to the inlet and into the bottle and try prime again.
