What year DI? early ones had 1 oil pressure switch, later models had 2, to where did you connect oil pressure gauge?

What pressure do you have at 3000rpm? What were the original pressures when you fitted the gauge? I'm wondering if there is an issue with pressure relief valve.

I'm no expert but that doesn't seem that bad to me. I'm about 4psi different at hot and cold that could easily be gauge variation.

I'm about 100psi cold idle and 20psi hot idle. Occasionally dips below 20psi hot idle on warmer days. Haven't got any values at other rpm's.
When I read into values others where getting these values seemed ok.

Tend to agree, I never bothered with an oil pressure gauge because the bottom end of the ZD is basically bullet proof, but, I mentioned earlier to him there were threads on it and when I checked them they weren't a hell of a lot different to what has been presented.
