Turbo doesn't work

Hello,

I'm from Belarus, Minsk. Sorry for my English in advance.

I have a trouble with my Patrol (2008, ZD30DDTI, manual transmission). Turbo doesn't work. Self-diagnosis didn't show any errors.
"Nissan Consult" diagnosis see only ABS and AIRBAG blocks.
Wires from all the sensors checked, there are no any breaks on it.
Vacuum is good, when connect vacuum tube directly to actuator, it rod goes up. The sensor which controls vacuum (located near air filter) is new.

Hi Mate, welcome to the forum, you obviously have negotiated the site before as you put this in exactly the right place, well done.

This may sound a bit over simplified but, if the VNT works when you hook vacuum to it directly, have you tried swapping out the the vacuum control solenoid, the one that is bolted to the resonator just underneath the MAF.

The ECU controls the amount of vacuum that passes through this switch at various stages of driving, so if it was me I would work on eliminating the possibility of a fault at each point between the solenoid and the vacuum pump.
